We specialise in stationery and paper goods, bringing together the goods to inspire and the tools to create. Our flagship store is on Pavilion Road, Chelsea, a five-minute walk from Sloane Square station. You'll also find us nestled in the North Laine in Brighton.

[[NEW] Brighton - Seasonal Sales Assistant Part Time - 12 hours. Sept 2026 - Jan 2027
We are looking for Seasonal Sales Assistants / Stationery Lovers to join our talented team of Papersmiths in our Brighton store.
Job Type: Part-Time, seasonal contract.
Hours: 12 hours per week.
Contract dates - Sept 26 - Jan 27
Start dates may vary and there may be the possibility of staying on next year.
Availability
You'll need to have good availability and flexibility in December including key dates of 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 31st December
Location
Our Brighton store is in the vibrant North Laine area, just a short walk from the train station.

We like working with people who are efficient and like to get things done to a high standard. We're a small business so we all chip in with everything that goes on in a stationery shop. We adore people who will bring passion for our products, confidence, initiative and positivity to the store.
A day at Papersmiths involves all sorts. This could include talking to customers, sharing product knowledge, demonstrating products, selling products, stock checking, processing deliveries of stationery (the best bit), restocking, cleaning, tidying, visual merchandising. It's varied, fast-paced and fun!
We are super proud of our high levels of customer care. Everyone who comes into the store gets a genuinely warm welcome with a smile and a hello. Our customers are our guests and if you have a naturally friendly aptitude you'll fit right in - we can't wait to meet you!
