People I've Loved have collaborated with Madeline Park and Marcella Biven of ______ LESS journal on a deck designed to help you process grief and mourning at your own pace.  This time of year (or any time really), can be filled with joy, but also the pain of missing people in our lives who we have lost. The holidays can bring all the feelings to the surface. Therapy is important and this deck won't replace that. But it will give you access to tools you use for remembering, loving, and holding close to someone who is no longer with you.
